Headman Construction Limited has completed eight financial years with annual turnover having grown from a standing start to over £7 million.

Work is predominately in the Ecclesiastical, Education, Student Accommodation, Health, and Sports sectors with both new build and refurbishment contracts, (sometimes a combination) undertaken as a Main contractor or Sub contractor.

Values of work vary from £20,000 up to £2.5 million, with occassional long-term projects exceeding this value.

The offices are based close to Junction 24 of the M62 in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire so the majority of the contracts are within a triangle between York, Sheffield and Manchester encompassing the major West Yorkshire cities of Bradford, Leeds and Wakefield.

Headman Construction has continued to grow in status and respect. Experience of the Management Team exceeds 120 years between the 5 responsible for the office administration, with over 60 years experience between 3 Site Managers and a further 5 Site Foreman accumulating almost another 100 years of experience. Built on teamwork, the business has grown in eight years from nothing to employing over 40 permanent staff plus up to 100 CIS subcontractors.
